Christmas Carol Concert 2017

This year's Carol Concert was a great success. We collaborated with Pellham Primary School who were outstanding as usual. A great event enjoyed by all!

"This was a wonderfully joyous occasion led by Sue Twynam. People joined in with the carols, although not much singing could be heard! All the words were up on screen and the leaders from Bexley Deaf Centre Signed throughout.

It was very special to have children from Pelham School taking part - they have a deaf unit and all pupils learn sign language so that their deaf members can be integrated into mainstream schooling.

I thoroughly enjoyed being there and it would be lovely in 2017 to see more of Christ Church congregation present at this Carol Service, welcoming so many people who are disabled by deafness to our church."
